DogaUK Consulting is an independent management consulting company based in London and focused on the Financial Services and Insurance markets in particular. It was started by Nihat Kirmizi in 2019. Before starting DogaUK Consulting, Mr. Kırmızı managed Doğa Insurance, a nationwide insurance company, as both CEO and chairman.
Under Mr. Kırmızı’s management, the company grew into one of the largest insurance companies in Turkey, ranking 9th out of 62 companies according to 2017 results and reaching US$400 million dollars in sales with a reasonable rate of profit. Its insurance services, including auto insurances, health insurances, fire insurances, transportation insurances, accident insurances, accountability insurances, aircraft insurances, and Marine vehicle insurances, reach approximately 3 million customers per year, employing 250 staff across 1800 agencies in eight regions of Turkey. Doğa Insurance Company is projected to complete the year 2018 as one of the biggest and most profitable companies in the insurance industry in Turkey.
